2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
  • Shipping Label: We do not provide return shipping labels. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the item price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Availability: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
