- Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the USA. For international orders, please contact us directly for availability and shipping options.
- PO Boxes: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all orders.

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Preparation: During peak times or promotional periods, processing may take a bit longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method and the delivery location.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $90 within the USA. This offer may be subject to change and does not apply to international orders.

- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

- Unforeseen Circumstances: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical issues.
- Address Errors: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Costs

- International Orders: For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times will be provided upon request. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Missing or Lost Packages

- Responsibility: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
